At DJ TechTools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most hardware and accessories. Please ensure items are in original condition with all packaging and software licenses unredeemed to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the product in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and inserts, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Ship the Package
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and software registration status, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
